Our motto is "you bought it, you love it, you keep it," with exception of:
A) You received a record or cd that is scratched or damaged.
B) Your item is the wrong size. However, if we sent the size you ordered, you need to pay the postage to send the correct size back to you.

Basically, we are really nice but you can't send something back for a dumb reason like: "I've never heard these guys, and don't like them now that I've heard them."
